How much does sauna repair cost in Dubai?
Our diagnostic visit is AED 300 and includes a full system check. Most residential repairs land between AED 500 and AED 1,200 depending on the fault. Parts are quoted separately after inspection. We give you one fixed number — no escalations mid-job.
Which sauna brands do you service?
Every major brand — Harvia, Tylö, Helo, HUUM, EOS, Finnleo, and generic imports. We also work on custom and heritage builds where manufacturer support has ended. No brand lock-in.
How fast can you come?
Residential: usually within 24 hours. Commercial urgency (hotel spa, wellness club): same-day wherever possible. WhatsApp us photos and a short description and we’ll give you a time slot inside one hour during business hours.
Do you fix infrared saunas?
Yes. Infrared panels, controllers, thermostats, wiring — we diagnose and replace any component. Full infrared and traditional (steam/dry) systems both covered.
Do you work on commercial saunas in hotels and wellness clubs?
Yes — high-load commercial saunas are core work for us. Multi-cabin setups, 14+ hours of daily operation, hammam + infrared combos, steam generators with long pipe runs, multi-zone thermal. We run our own commercial facility so we live with the equipment we service.
Do you service Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman?
Yes. Dubai is our base but we cover Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. GCC jobs considered on request.
My heater is completely dead — can it be fixed or does it need replacing?
About 70% of “dead heater” calls turn out to be something else — a thermal cutoff, a failed contactor, broken wiring, or a sensor fault. We diagnose the full system first. In one recent villa case we restored a sauna for AED 2,000 after another contractor quoted AED 25,000 for full replacement.
Do you guarantee the repair?
Yes. All parts we supply carry a minimum 90-day warranty, and workmanship is warranted for 30 days after commissioning sign-off. We also test the system under real load before we leave.
