A sauna fault needs the equipment model, symptoms and a site assessment. A controller message, failed heater and deteriorating room finish can call for different work; a generic repair price list cannot establish the scope.
Before arranging a repair
Record the heater and controller models and the exact fault message without opening covers. Stop use for repeated trips, smoke, burning smells or damaged wiring. Never bypass a safety device or repeatedly reset a breaker. Selected named-controller messages and safe observations are in the heater troubleshooting guide.
Assessment and a written scope
Repairs start with a service call at AED 800 + VAT per unit.
Dubai is the primary service area. Availability in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah depends on the appointment and equipment. Share the location and model before arranging a visit.
The assessment distinguishes equipment faults from ventilation, door, seal or room-condition problems. Parts and further work depend on diagnosis and the written quotation.
Repair, replace or renovate?
For service, use the sauna repair owner. If timber, layout or a broader refurbishment is involved, review sauna renovation costs as a separate scope.
