Traditional Finnish
Wood-clad rooms with electric heater, sauna stones, water bucket and ladle. 80-95°C dry heat. Cedar, hemlock, or thermowood interior. The classic experience — and still the most popular in Dubai villas.
Infrared
Lower temperature (45-60°C), penetrative heat panels, gentler on the cardiovascular system. Lower power draw — fits where a traditional unit’s electrical load doesn’t. Ideal for apartment installations.
Hybrid (steam + dry)
Combined steam generator and electric heater. Adjust between 100% steam, 100% dry, or any blend. The most flexible option — and a favorite for hotel and gym installations where guest preferences vary.
Outdoor sauna pods
Garden, rooftop, or pool-side standalone sauna structures. Insulated for Dubai’s heat-then-cold cycle, weather-rated cladding, full electrical and plumbing routing from house. 14-day standard build.
Hotel & gym installations
Multi-room wellness facilities — sauna, steam, ice bath, recovery zone. Full project management: design, permits, M&E coordination, install, commissioning, staff training, ongoing service. AED 250K-580K typical.
Custom builds
If your vision doesn’t fit a catalog — round saunas, panoramic glass walls, integrated chromotherapy, sound systems, salt stone — we design and build it. Quoted bespoke based on materials and complexity.
How an install runs.
From first WhatsApp to handover: 14 days standard for residential, 6-12 weeks for full commercial wellness rooms. We tell you the realistic timeline upfront and stick to it.
Site assessment (free for Dubai)
Our designer visits your space — measures, photographs, checks ventilation, electrical capacity, water access, drainage. We talk through your usage pattern, capacity needs, finish preferences. 90 minutes typical.
Design & quote (3-5 days)
Detailed CAD layout, material specifications, full bill of quantities. Three pricing tiers: Essential (proven specifications), Premium (better materials and features), Bespoke (full custom). Fixed quote — no “extras” mid-build.
Permits & approvals (1-2 weeks)
For commercial installs we coordinate Civil Defense, DEWA, and DM approvals. Residential typically doesn’t need separate permits, but we verify with your building manager and ensure compliance with HOA rules where applicable.
Build & install (5-10 days residential)
Frame, insulation, vapor barrier, electrical, ventilation, cladding, heater, glass, finishes. Our crew works in 2-3 person teams, single point of contact, daily progress photos to your WhatsApp. Site cleanup at end of each day.
Commissioning + handover
Full thermal cycle test, electrical safety check, ventilation verification. We run the sauna for 4 hours and measure temperature stability before handing over. You receive a digital manual with maintenance schedule, warranty documents, and our priority support contact.
Warranty + service contract
2-year warranty on workmanship. Manufacturer warranty on heaters (typically 5-10 years on Harvia, Tylö, Helo). Optional annual service contracts for stone replacement, electrical safety re-checks, deep cleaning, and minor adjustments. Most clients renew year over year.

Residential standard
2-4 person sauna, prefab kit installation in existing room. Includes heater, basic interior, electrical hookup, commissioning. The most common Dubai villa install.
Residential custom
Larger units, premium woods (red cedar, thermowood), glass fronts, integrated lighting/sound, room construction from scratch. Villa wellness rooms typically land here.
Commercial / hotel
Multi-room wellness facility: sauna + steam + ice bath + recovery. Includes full M&E, design, permits, project management, staff training, 1-year service contract. Past clients include hotel SPAs, premium gyms.

We’ve run our own commercial sauna and ice bath facility since February 2025. Every installation we do, we know how it’ll wear over 5 years — because we’re maintaining identical equipment ourselves. Clients tell us it shows in the small details.
Brand-certified, brand-agnostic
Harvia-certified installation. Tylö, Helo, HUUM, Sawo trained. We can also adapt and install quality non-branded equipment — useful for budget-sensitive residential builds where a Harvia premium isn’t justified.

Same 2-3 person crew from day 1 to handover. Not a parade of subcontractors. The lead technician on your build is one of three Euphorium senior crew leads — never a casual hire.
Realistic timelines, kept
14 days residential, 6-12 weeks commercial. We hit the timeline because we own the supply chain and pre-stock common parts. We won’t sell you “next week delivery” — but we’ll tell you what week 3 looks like and deliver it.
Ventilation done right
The most common defect we see in other contractors’ work is bad ventilation — leading to humidity damage, slow heat-up, and cladding rot within 18 months. Every Euphorium build includes proper inlet/outlet sizing and routing per the heater spec sheet.
After-install service
Most installers vanish at handover. We’re a repair company too — most of our income comes from servicing equipment, including stuff we didn’t install. That means we’re incentivized to build saunas that DON’T need much service, and to be there when they do.
Frequently asked.
How big a sauna can I fit?
Most Dubai villas have a 4-6 m² spare room (utility, large bathroom annex, garage corner) that works perfectly. Apartment installs typically max at 2-3 m² for a 2-person infrared. We’ll measure during the site visit and tell you exactly what’s possible — not what we wish were possible.
Do I need DEWA approval?
Residential single-phase saunas under 9kW typically don’t require separate DEWA permits — they’re a standard appliance load. Commercial installs and 3-phase residential heaters require DEWA load approvals, which we coordinate. Hotels also need Civil Defense and Dubai Municipality sign-off.
Cedar vs hemlock vs thermowood?
Cedar is aromatic, premium, ages beautifully — best for residential where you’ll spend serious time inside. Hemlock is workhorse durable, neutral aroma, lowest cost — best for commercial high-use installations. Thermowood is heat-treated for stability — best for outdoor or high-humidity hybrid units. We’ll recommend based on your usage.
How long do saunas last?
The cladding will look great for 10-15 years with light maintenance. The heater (the most-replaced part) lasts 8-12 years residential, 4-7 years commercial. Sauna stones we replace every 2-3 years residential, annually commercial. Glass and metal fittings outlast the building.
Can you install in a building’s common area?
Yes, but we’ll need HOA/building manager approval and often Civil Defense sign-off depending on size. For shared facilities (gym, spa, rooftop) we handle all approvals as part of the commercial package. Solo apartment installs in private space — we go through your building’s permission process with you.
What about ventilation in a Dubai apartment?
Two options: (a) tap into existing AC fresh-air supply for inlet, route exhaust through bathroom extract; (b) for higher-end builds, dedicated supply and exhaust fans with dampers. We size to ASHRAE 62.1 sauna requirements — air should fully change 6-8 times per hour during use.
Will an electric sauna heater spike my DEWA bill?
Less than people fear. A 6kW heater run 4 hours per week costs roughly AED 50-70/month in electricity at current rates. Insulation quality matters more than heater size — a poorly insulated room costs 2-3x to run, which is why our build spec uses 100mm rockwool minimum.
Do you do replacement / refurbishment of an existing sauna?
Yes — heater swap, cladding replacement, control upgrade, glass replacement. Often makes more sense than a full rebuild for villas where the structure is sound but the original heater is 15 years old. Quoted on inspection.
