Is it new?
Yes. The owner confirms the current tubs are new and unused at AED 399 including VAT. A separate AED 349 used/returned option is reserved for future inspected return stock and currently has zero inventory.
What condition is the carry case in?
Carry cases are individually matched and graded. Some show colour fading or a professionally repaired small tear. The carry-case grade is separate from the new, unused tub condition; ask for the exact matched case grade before dispatch if this matters to you.
Why is another name visible on the tub?
The physical product carries a legacy Post Performance mark. Euphorium is selling the clearance inventory and is not representing it as unbranded.
Can I connect a chiller later?
Potentially, but compatibility depends on the pump, hose fittings and chiller. Message us for a fit check before buying cooling equipment.
What happens if a unit is faulty?
