Effective 3 August 2026. This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from euphorium.ae. It does not limit any mandatory rights available under UAE law.
Delivery within the UAE
Eligible inflatable cold-plunge tub orders include free UAE delivery. Our current delivery estimate is 1-3 business days after order and payment confirmation. Remote-area access, an incomplete address, customer-requested scheduling, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control can take longer. We will contact you if the published estimate materially changes. Delivery is handled by Euphorium or its appointed fulfilment and courier partners; your contract remains with Euphorium.
1. Contact us before returning anything
Email chief@euphorium.ae or call/WhatsApp +971 58 517 0161. Include your order number, product name, reason for the request, and clear photos or video where relevant. Do not send a product to the manufacturer or an unconfirmed address. Euphorium will provide collection or return instructions after reviewing the request.
2. Damaged, defective, incomplete or misdescribed products
If a delivered product is damaged, defective, missing stated parts, or materially different from its product-page description or selected condition, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Preserve the item, packaging and supplied accessories while the request is reviewed.
After confirming the issue, Euphorium will provide an appropriate remedy, which may be replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable UAE consumer law. Euphorium will arrange and pay the reasonable UAE collection or return cost for a confirmed problem that existed at delivery. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a statutory consumer right.
3. New inflatable-tub condition inspection
For the New inflatable cold-plunge tub offer, you may unpack and visually inspect the delivered tub for seven calendar days from delivery. If it is defective, damaged, incomplete or materially inconsistent with the stated New condition, contact us within that period where reasonably possible so we can document and resolve the issue promptly. Reporting after seven days does not remove any right that cannot legally be limited.
The New condition applies to the tub. The separately graded carry case may show disclosed fading or small tears. The visible legacy manufacturer mark, included case grade, stated dimensions, and the fact that no chiller, pump, hoses or ice are included form part of the condition and contents disclosure.
4. Voluntary change-of-mind returns
In addition to mandatory consumer rights, Euphorium voluntarily accepts a change-of-mind request for the New inflatable tub within seven calendar days from delivery, provided the tub remains unfilled, unused, dry, clean, complete and in the condition and packaging in which it was delivered. Contact Euphorium before returning it. Approval is subject to inspection.
A tub that has been filled, used, contaminated, punctured, improperly inflated, altered or damaged after delivery is not eligible for this voluntary change-of-mind return. This does not apply where reasonable inspection or use was necessary to discover a defect, or where applicable law requires another outcome.
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual collection or return cost. We will disclose that cost before arranging collection. Original delivery charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law.
5. Other products, custom work, rentals and services
Eligibility for other physical products depends on their condition, product-page terms and applicable law. Custom-made, retrofitted or installed products may not be returnable for change of mind once production or installation has begun. Rental, booking, repair and installation cancellations are governed by the terms shown during booking and any agreement the customer signs. Defect, damage, misdescription and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
6. Inspection, replacements and refunds
- Contact Euphorium and obtain written return or collection instructions.
- Return every included component unless Euphorium confirms otherwise.
- We inspect the returned product against the order, product description and reported issue.
- We confirm the approved remedy and any applicable cost in writing.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Euphorium will initiate the refund within seven business days after the returned product is received and the remedy is approved. The bank, card network or payment provider may require additional processing time. A replacement is subject to available stock; if an appropriate replacement is unavailable, another legally appropriate remedy will be offered.
7. Clearance and sale products
A clearance or sale price does not remove rights relating to a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete or misdescribed. A condition issue specifically disclosed before purchase is not, by itself, a defect or misdescription.
8. International orders
International delivery is offered only where the product page and checkout confirm availability. Duties, taxes, import fees, timing and the return method must be disclosed for the destination before purchase. Do not ship an international return without written instructions. Responsibility for return cost follows sections 2 and 4 unless destination law requires otherwise.
9. UAE consumer protection
This policy is intended to operate consistently with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023, its implementing regulation, and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 Concerning the Modern Technology-based Trade. If a term conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right applies.
