Clear commercial terms
These terms apply to use of this website and to orders accepted by Euphorium Technical Services L.L.C.
Website prices are in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Euphorium issues an order confirmation. We may contact you before acceptance if a product, delivery route or installation cannot be supplied as selected. Any approved change is recorded before work proceeds.
You are responsible for accurate access, address and site-readiness information. Equipment may require a level surface, suitable power, water, drainage, ventilation or installation clearance. Delivery charges and available methods are shown during checkout or in the written order.
Every residential and commercial rental requires the applicable agreement to be completed online. The signed rental agreement governs the equipment, term, payment, use, care, return and damage responsibilities. Residential ice baths are self-installed using the supplied instructions unless a separate installation service is written into the order.
Cold immersion, hot environments and powered water equipment can create serious health and safety risks. Website information, equipment guidance and support are not medical advice and do not confirm that an activity is suitable for you. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical advice, following all manuals and warnings, supervising vulnerable users, keeping children away from unsupervised equipment and stopping use if symptoms occur.
You are also responsible for accurate site information and for maintaining suitable power, water, drainage, ventilation, access and structural conditions unless a written installation scope assigns a specific task to Euphorium.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Euphorium is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay or equipment failure caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable or undisclosed site conditions, inadequate utilities, unauthorised modification, work by another party, lack of maintenance or use outside the written product or service scope. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
