Product support and no-return terms
The exact warranty and return terms for a product are confirmed in its product information, quotation or order record.
Check the dimensions, access route, utilities, placement and intended use before ordering. Product pages show available facts from the current catalogue. If a material specification is missing, request written confirmation before payment.
Euphorium supplies durable technical equipment that is selected, handled and often installed or commissioned for a specific order. Orders are non-returnable, non-cancellable and non-refundable after acceptance. Once a product has been delivered, unpacked, installed, connected, filled, commissioned or used, it cannot be returned for change of mind, preference, sizing, access or site-readiness reasons. Custom-built, configured and site-specific products cannot be returned. Confirm dimensions, access, utilities, product choice and delivery details before payment.
This no-return rule does not remove a repair, replacement or other remedy that Euphorium must provide for a confirmed defect or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Inspect the delivery as soon as practical. Report an incorrect, damaged or faulty item promptly to chiefeuphoriumae with the order number, photographs and a description. Euphorium will assess the record and confirm the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law.
The applicable warranty covers a confirmed defect within its stated scope. Normal wear, incorrect installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unauthorised modification and operation outside stated requirements are not covered.
Rental equipment is governed by the signed rental agreement. This policy does not limit rights that apply under UAE consumer law.
