Chiller not cooling
Compressor failure, refrigerant leak, fan motor seized, control board fried. We diagnose with proper gauges, recharge or replace the cooling circuit, and prove the fix with a 24-hour run test.
Pump & circulation faults
Tripping breakers, no water flow, loud bearings, vibration, dry-running. Most pump issues are electrical or hydraulic - we identify the root cause before swapping parts.
Cloudy or smelly water
Filtration breakdown, ozone generator dead, UV bulb expired, chemistry off. We rebuild your water treatment chain - sand or cartridge filter, ozone, UV, pH and ORP monitoring.
Water leaks
Tub seam splits, plumbing union failures, chiller drain pan rust-through. We pressure-test, locate, and repair without ripping out the whole installation.
Sensor & control errors
“E1,” “ER2,” “L1” error codes, frozen displays, temperature reading wrong, system locked. We have the diagnostic codes for every common chiller controller - Hailea, Mexda, custom Alibaba boards, US/EU branded systems.
Electrical & tripping
Plug burnt out, RCD tripping, voltage drop on long runs, ground faults. Every Euphorium technician is licensed for low-voltage work in Dubai. We won’t touch high-voltage without a registered electrician on-site.

No drama, no padding. Most ice bath repairs are wrapped in 2-3 hours on first visit. Anything bigger gets a clear quote before we touch parts.
WhatsApp triage (15 minutes)
You send photos and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 hours during business hours, often within 30 minutes. Most problems we can shortlist before any visit - saves you time and saves us a useless trip.
Diagnostic - AED 300 drop-off / AED 700 on-site (60-90 min)
We diagnose with a full diagnostic kit - multimeter, pressure gauges, thermal camera, water test kit. We isolate the actual fault - not the symptom. The diagnostic fee - AED 300 if you bring the unit to us, AED 700 if we come to you - is fully credited to the repair quote if you proceed.
Fixed quote, no surprises
You get a written quote with parts, labor, timeline, and warranty terms. No “while we’re here” upsells. If we find a second issue mid-repair, we stop and call you before continuing.
Repair + 24-hour run test
Most repairs complete same-day. Complex chiller rebuilds may take 1-3 days waiting on parts. We don’t leave until the unit has run a full thermal cycle and held its target temperature for at least 24 hours.
30-90 day warranty
Every repair carries a written warranty on the work. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty (6-24 months typical). Anything fails within the warranty window - we come back free.

Most Dubai contractors learned ice baths from YouTube during the 2023 cold plunge boom. We’ve been running our own commercial facility since February 2025 - every failure mode, we’ve personally seen, fixed, and prevented from recurring.

Repair vs replace honesty
If your chiller is past its economic life - old refrigerant, undersized, or damaged beyond fair repair - we tell you. Sometimes the right move is a new chiller for AED 4-7K, not a AED 6K patch on a dying one.

How fast can you come?
Same-day in Dubai for most calls received before 4 PM. Abu Dhabi same-day if booked before noon, otherwise next day. For other emirates we usually book within 48 hours. Emergency response (commercial facility down) is prioritized - message on WhatsApp with “URGENT” and we’ll work to dispatch within 4 hours.
Do you repair chillers we bought from another vendor?
Yes - most of our repair work is on units bought elsewhere. We’ve serviced equipment from Brass Monkey, TechWave, Andre Von, IceTub, Recovery, Cold Plunge, Plunge, Kula, custom Alibaba imports, and assorted unbranded Chinese chillers. The only exception is when a manufacturer requires a brand-certified technician for warranty work - we’ll tell you upfront if that’s the case.
What if my chiller is too old to economically repair?
We’ll tell you. We don’t push repairs on equipment that’s past its economic life. If a 5-year-old chiller has a failed compressor and corroded condenser, the right answer is sometimes a new unit - and we’ll quote the new one alongside the repair, side-by-side, so you choose.
Why is my water cloudy / smelly even after water changes?
Three usual culprits: dead ozone or UV sterilizer, exhausted filter media (cartridge or sand), or biofilm in the plumbing. A water change without fixing the source means the new water clouds in 3-5 days. Our standard repair package replaces filter media, tests UV/ozone output, and shock-cleans the plumbing.
Do you do annual maintenance contracts?
Yes - for residential we offer a 4-visit annual plan covering filter changes, water treatment top-up, electrical check, and chiller refrigerant pressure check. For commercial (gyms, hotels, wellness centers), we offer 6 or 12 visits per year with response-time SLAs. Quoted per location.
What about warranty work?
If you bought your chiller through Euphorium, we honor the original warranty terms (typically 12 months parts, 6 months labor - varies by chiller). For chillers bought elsewhere, your manufacturer warranty applies - we’ll do the diagnostic and document findings so you can claim with your original vendor if it applies.
Can’t I just troubleshoot it myself with YouTube?
You can try - many minor issues are DIY-able (filter change, GFCI reset, water change). But chillers are sealed refrigeration systems and opening them without recovery equipment is environmentally illegal in the UAE and voids any warranty. If our diagnostic finds you’ve already done damage, we’ll quote the additional fix honestly. If you got lucky and it’s a 5-minute swap, we’ll tell you that too and waive the diagnostic.
Do you offer rentals while my unit is being repaired?
Yes - if your repair takes more than 48 hours we can usually deploy a temporary chiller for AED 1,500/month or a daily event-style setup. For commercial clients (gyms, hotels) where downtime is revenue loss, we prioritize part-stocking specifically to avoid this.
