White-glove delivery + install
Our crew delivers, places, plumbs, and electrical-connects the chiller. We test-run it for 24 hours and confirm it holds target temperature before handover. Typically 7-14 days from order.
Maintenance during rental
Filter changes, water treatment top-up, electrical check, refrigerant pressure check — all included. We come to you on a quarterly schedule. If something breaks, we replace, not you.
Tub options
Bring your own tub OR rent ours alongside the chiller. Standard PVC tub adds AED 200/mo. Premium fiberglass adds AED 400/mo. Discount when bundled with chiller rental.
Replacement chiller in 24h
If your chiller fails during the rental term, we deploy a replacement within 24 hours. You’re never stuck with a non-working unit. Especially important for commercial clients where downtime is revenue loss.
Cancel after month 1
30-day minimum, then month-to-month. No 12-month lock-in. No early termination fee. We collect the chiller, return your deposit. Try it for 60 days, decide if you want it permanent.
Rent-to-own option
If you decide to buy the unit at any point during the rental, your rental fees apply against the permanent install price. AED 4,500 of rental over 3 months becomes AED 4,500 off your purchase. Most clients convert.
Why rent before you buy.
You don’t know if you’ll use it
The biggest risk in spending AED 8-20K on an ice bath install is buying it and not using it. 60 days of rental will tell you definitively whether you’re a daily ice plunge person or whether the novelty wears off after week three.
Test the space
Some Dubai apartments and villa corners look perfect on paper but turn out to have heat issues, drainage challenges, or noise complaints from neighbors. Renting first means you discover those issues before committing to a permanent install.
Cash-flow flexibility
AED 1,500/month is easier to absorb than AED 12,000 upfront. For commercial operators, monthly OPEX is often easier to justify than CAPEX requiring board approval. Rent until you’ve validated the demand, then buy.

Want to test ice bath at home before committing to ice bath + sauna combo? Rent the chiller alone first. If you love it, scale up to a full wellness room install with us as the same vendor.
Maintenance is on us
Buy a chiller, you own all the maintenance. Rent a chiller, all maintenance is on us during the term. For first-timers especially, this matters more than people expect — water chemistry, filter changes, refrigerant pressure are real ongoing tasks.
Walk-away option
Moving apartments? Selling the villa? Job change? Rented chillers come back to us on 30 days’ notice. Bought chillers come with you (good) or have to be sold privately (annoying). Rental matches life flexibility.

What’s the AED 1,500/month actually cover?
1.5HP chiller, delivery, install, electrical hookup, all maintenance during the rental term, replacement chiller within 24h if your unit fails. Does NOT include the tub (we offer optional tub rental, or you bring your own) and does NOT include water and electricity (DEWA, normal residential rates).
How does the deposit work?
AED 500 refundable deposit if you provide Emirates ID. AED 3,000 if you don’t (covers factory replacement cost of the chiller in case of damage or non-return). Deposit refunded in full when you return the unit, assuming it’s in working condition.
Can I rent for just one month?
Yes. 30-day minimum, then it’s month-to-month. Many clients do exactly this — try it for 30 days, then either continue, convert to a purchase, or return it.
What if I want to buy after renting?
Your rental fees apply against the purchase price. So 3 months at AED 1,500 = AED 4,500 credited toward your AED 8K-15K residential install. We just deduct the rental credit and you finalize the install. About 60% of our rental clients convert within 6 months.
Apartment install — does it work?
Often yes, with some constraints: ground or top-floor preferred for plumbing simplicity, balcony or utility room placement, building permission needed for water source. We do a free site visit before delivery to confirm feasibility.
Can I rent multiple chillers for a gym or hotel?
Yes — commercial multi-chiller rentals start at AED 2,200/month per unit with discounts for 3+ units on a single contract. Includes priority response and dedicated account manager. We’ve deployed 4-chiller setups at fitness studios.
What about the tub?
Three options: (1) you already own a tub, we just bring the chiller and connect it. (2) Rent a tub from us at AED 200-400/month depending on size. (3) Buy a tub outright (AED 1,500-4,500 typical) and own it permanently. Most clients pick option 1 or 2.
How much electricity does it use?
1.5HP chiller cycles 30-50% in summer Dubai conditions once at temperature. Operating cost: AED 80-150/month at residential DEWA rates. Less in winter. Initial cool-down uses more — about AED 20 to take a 500L tub from tap-water temperature to 5°C.
