Confirm site readiness

The equipment will sit on a flat, stable surface. The equipment will have the required ventilation and access clearance. I reviewed the dimensions and confirm the placement area, doorway and access route can fit it. I confirm the relevant power, water and drainage arrangements above will be ready. I understand this residential ice bath is self-installed and I will follow the supplied setup guide. I understand Euphorium delivers and collects the event equipment; self-service operation, participant supervision, waivers and public-liability insurance remain my responsibility unless separately purchased.

Agreement and secure payment.

Rental agreement

This agreement is between Euphorium and the customer named in this booking. The selected equipment, term, address, charges and operational answers form part of this agreement.

Payment. Payment must clear before dispatch. Residential rent is a monthly card subscription and continues until the minimum selected commitment has ended and the equipment is collected. Event bookings more than 30 days away charge 50% now and schedule the remaining 50% for 30 days before the event; events within 30 days are paid in full. Ongoing commercial three-month terms are paid upfront.
Card authority. The customer authorises Euphorium and its payment provider to store a reusable payment credential and automatically charge agreed renewals, any displayed scheduled event balance, documented extensions, delayed collection, equipment kept past the agreed return date, missing or unreturned items, loss and reasonable repair or replacement costs. Euphorium provides an itemised notice and receipt for any such charge. This authority does not permit unrelated or undocumented charges.
Delivery and setup. Residential ice baths and standard event bookings are self-service unless a separately priced service is included. Euphorium delivers and collects; the customer positions, connects, fills, operates, drains and packs event equipment and supplies the safe access, power, water and drainage declared here.
Use and care. Keep equipment on a level surface, out of direct sun where practical, maintain 30 cm chiller clearance, keep water above the operating level, clean filters and never run the pump or chiller dry.
Support. Support replies may take 24 to 48 hours. A fault video must clearly show both the temperature display and visible water flow so the issue can be diagnosed without repeated questions. Same-day attendance and a standby replacement are not guaranteed.
Collection and overrun. Equipment must be drained, clean and accessible at the agreed collection time. An extension, delayed collection or failure to return equipment may be charged automatically at the stated recurring or pro-rata rate until collection.
Health and participants. Cold and heat exposure involve health risks. Users should seek appropriate medical advice. Commercial clients are responsible for participant supervision, waivers where appropriate and public-liability cover.
Cancellation and refunds. Once delivery has occurred, rent for a period that has already started or a minimum term already committed to is not refunded. This does not limit any mandatory right the customer has under UAE law.
Law and records. The agreement is governed by Dubai and UAE law. The form, recorded consents, electronic signature, timestamp, order and payment records form the audit trail.

Events rental agreement

The selected event equipment, quantities, duration, venue, itemised services and charges form part of this agreement.

Payment schedule. Payment must clear before dispatch. Events 30 days away or sooner are paid in full through Mamo at checkout. If the event is more than 30 days away, 50% is paid through Mamo at checkout and Mamo securely saves the selected payment method. Euphorium uses the resulting Mamo payment-method token for one automatic charge of the displayed remaining 50% exactly 30 days before the event. This is a one-time scheduled balance, not a monthly subscription. If that charge fails, the balance is placed on payment-required hold and the customer is sent a secure single-use Mamo payment link.
Equipment and configuration. The Review records every selected ice bath, sauna, quantity and the full price. Only items shown as priced and included form part of the paid scope. “Help me choose”, “Not sure” and quote requests are unpriced follow-up requests and are not silently added to the paid total.
Self-service responsibilities. Unless a separately itemised service is included, Euphorium delivers and collects while the customer positions, connects, fills, operates, supervises, drains and packs the equipment. The customer provides safe access, suitable power, water and drainage and remains responsible for participant supervision, waivers where appropriate and public-liability insurance.
Duration, custody and logistics. The selected duration is the consecutive event period shown in Review. For multi-day bookings, equipment remains at the venue where possible and the customer is responsible for its secure custody, condition and agreed operating environment until collection. Any displayed additional daily logistics allowance after Day 2 is separate from the initial round-trip transport charge and does not create an additional daily delivery or collection.
Optional services. Water, ice, staff, coaches and professional setup are included only when shown in the itemised paid scope. Quote-only or uncertain requests require a separately confirmed scope and price before they become payable.
Payment-method authority, loss and extensions. For an Event more than 30 days away, the saved-payment authority is limited to the displayed one-time remaining balance on the scheduled date. Extensions, delayed collection, unreturned items, loss and repair or replacement costs require an itemised notice and a separately agreed or issued payment; they are not silently charged under the scheduled-balance authority.
Post-payment fulfilment and refunds. Following successful payment, Euphorium completes its internal fulfilment confirmation. If the paid configuration ultimately cannot be fulfilled, the existing refund process applies to the affected payment.
Health, use and care. Cold and heat exposure involve health risks. Keep equipment on a flat stable surface, maintain required clearances and water levels, and never operate pumps, chillers or heaters outside the supplied instructions.
Law and records. The agreement is governed by Dubai and UAE law. The recorded configuration, pricing, consents, typed name, drawn signature, timestamp, order, payment events and agreement hash form the audit trail.
