The starting point
At Bulgari Residences, cooling took nearly a full day. The equipment was powered through extension leads, and removing the chiller required cutting pipework. Maintenance could not be performed without disturbing the finished installation.
What Euphorium changed
- Tripled the cooling capacity.
- Replaced extension leads with dedicated protected circuits.
- Changed the pipework so the chiller can be removed without cutting it out.
- Added service access that does not require demolition.
- Added remote monitoring for ongoing operation.
The result
The marble feature remained in place while the operating system behind it became faster, safer and serviceable. Future diagnosis and maintenance no longer begin by damaging the finished room.
What this case proves
A luxury finish and a maintainable technical system are not competing goals. The service route, electrical protection and removable connections need to be designed with the cooling system, not added after a failure.
