Standard residential install
PVC or hard-shell tub, 1.5HP chiller, basic filtration, single-phase electrical. Most Dubai villa installs land here. AED 3K-8K including chiller, plumbing, electrical, commissioning.
Premium villa install
Stainless steel or fiberglass tub, 2-3HP chiller, sand filtration, ozone or UV sterilization, smart controls. Built into bathroom annex, garden, or wellness room. AED 8-20K range.
Outdoor pod & pool-side
Insulated outdoor tub installations with weather-rated chillers, dedicated shaded condenser placement (Dubai sun is brutal on chillers), cover system. AED 12-30K depending on size and exposure.
Gym & fitness studio
Multi-tub commercial setup. Industrial chiller, automated sanitization, member-tracking integration, drainage to facility plumbing. Built for 50+ daily uses without water quality drift. AED 80-250K.
Hotel SPA & wellness center
Full multi-room cold therapy zone. Plunge pool + recovery tubs + cold rain showers + temperature progression circuit. Civil Defense and DM permits, M&E coordination. AED 250-580K typical.

7-14 days for residential, 6-12 weeks for commercial. We tell you the realistic timeline upfront and stick to it.
Site assessment (free for Dubai)
Designer visits your space — measures, photographs, checks electrical capacity, water access, drainage, condenser placement options, ventilation. We discuss your usage pattern, capacity needs, finish preferences. 90 min typical.
Design & quote (3-5 days)
Detailed layout, equipment specifications, full bill of quantities. Three pricing tiers: Essential (proven specs), Premium (better materials), Bespoke (full custom). Fixed quote — no extras mid-build.
Permits if commercial (1-3 weeks)
For gym, hotel, and commercial wellness installs we coordinate Civil Defense, DM, and DEWA approvals. Residential typically doesn’t need separate permits but we verify with your building manager and HOA.
Build & install (3-10 days residential)
Plumbing, electrical run, chiller placement, tub set, water treatment system, controls. Daily progress photos to your WhatsApp. Site cleanup at end of each day. Single point of contact throughout.
Water fill & commissioning
Initial water treatment, chemistry balancing, full thermal cycle test, electrical safety check, leak test. We run the system 24-48 hours and verify it holds target temperature before handover.
Handover + warranty + service plan
2-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranty on chiller (typically 12-24 months). Optional annual service contracts for filter replacements, water treatment top-up, electrical safety check. Most clients renew yearly.

Dubai-climate-specific design
Most chillers are sized for European or US ambient temperatures. In Dubai’s 45°C summer, an undersized chiller runs at 100% duty cycle and burns out in 3 years. We size up by 30-50% versus catalog spec. Our installs run 7+ years.
Brand-agnostic
We don’t sell “the brand we represent.” We size and select equipment based on your usage, your space, and your budget. Sometimes that’s premium Brass Monkey or Plunge. Sometimes it’s a custom unit using top-tier components at half the price.
Water treatment that actually works
The most common failure in Dubai ice baths is water quality drift after 4-8 weeks. Our standard install includes proper sanitation chain — filtration plus ozone OR UV plus clear monthly maintenance plan. Water stays clean.
One crew, one project
Same 2-3 person crew from day 1 to handover. The lead technician on your build is one of three Euphorium senior crew leads — never a casual hire. Single WhatsApp contact throughout.
Service after install
Most installers vanish at handover. We’re a repair company — most of our income is servicing equipment we and others installed. We’re incentivized to build to NOT need much service, and to be there when it’s needed.

Where can I put an ice bath in my villa?
Most popular: bathroom annex, garage corner, garden/pool area, or basement (if available). The 4 things we need: floor able to support 200-500kg of water and tub, drainage access, electrical capacity, and condenser placement that won’t overheat in summer.
Can I install ice bath in my Dubai apartment?
Sometimes — depends on the building. Most buildings allow if you have private balcony with drainage and proper waterproofing of the apartment floor. Top-floor apartments are easier than middle floors due to drainage routing. We’ll check during the site visit.
How long does the chiller actually last in Dubai’s climate?
Properly sized: 7-10 years. Undersized (most cheap installs): 3-5 years. The difference is whether the chiller runs at 60% duty cycle (long life) or 100% duty cycle (short life). We size for Dubai summer specifically.
Do I need DEWA permits?
Residential single-phase chillers under 3HP typically don’t need separate DEWA permits. Commercial installs and 3-phase setups require DEWA load approvals, which we coordinate. Hotels and gyms also need Civil Defense and DM sign-off.
What about water bills?
Initial fill is 300-500L typical. Then 10-15% water replacement weekly to maintain quality (about 50-80L). Annual water cost: AED 40-80 at Dubai residential rates. Negligible.
Can the chiller go indoors?
Yes if the room has adequate ventilation (the chiller dumps heat — usually 3-5 kW of waste heat into the room). For a 4 m² utility room with AC, this works. For a closed cabinet, no — the chiller will overheat. We design ventilation routing during site visit.
How loud is it?
Modern chillers run 45-55 dB at 1m — like a quiet AC unit. Outdoor or basement placement is barely audible inside the house. Only noisy if installed inside a small room without insulation. We spec quiet chillers and route noise away from living spaces.
Should I rent before buying?
Yes, often. We do residential chiller rentals at AED 1,500/month — try the system for 60 days, then decide on permanent install. AED 500 deposit (with Emirates ID) or AED 3,000 without. Rental fees apply against permanent install if you proceed.
